Affiliate disclosure

Most of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may receive a commission from the vendor. You pay the same price either way — and often less, because the code we publish is a discount.

We take part in the affiliate programmes of the software vendors we list, and of the affiliate networks that represent them. There are several hundred such relationships across the catalogue, so we do not list them individually — but the principle is the same in every case.

When you click through to a vendor, that vendor records that you arrived from us. If you then subscribe or buy, the vendor pays us a share of that sale or a fixed referral fee. The commission is paid by the vendor out of its own margin. It is never added to your price.

Every commercial link on this site carries the rel="sponsored" attribute, which is the standard machine-readable way of declaring a paid relationship to search engines. We apply it whether or not a given link happens to be earning at the time.

A commission does not buy a listing, a ranking or a good word. Specifically:

• We do not sell placement. No vendor can pay to appear on this site, to appear higher in a list, or to be labelled “featured”.
• Commission rate does not drive ordering. The deals directory sorts by recency or by our own editorial selection, never by what pays best.
• We list offers we earn nothing from. Where the best available deal for a tool comes with no affiliate programme, we publish it anyway, because a directory that hides those is not a directory.
• Assessments live on the other site. Reviews, pricing analysis and alternatives are published at ultimatetools.pro and are written independently of the commercial terms of any programme.

We test every code before we publish it and re-check the catalogue regularly; each brand page shows the month it was last reviewed. What we cannot control is what happens after that. Vendors withdraw codes, cap redemptions, restrict offers to certain plans or countries, and change prices without telling anyone.

So treat what you see here as accurate as of the review date shown, and treat the vendor's checkout page as authoritative. If a code has stopped working, tell us at info@ultimatetools.eu — that is genuinely the fastest way for us to find out.

Because it is required — under EU consumer law, the Spanish Unfair Competition Act and the US FTC endorsement guidelines, a material connection between a publisher and the products it promotes has to be disclosed clearly. And because a deals site that hides how it earns is asking you to trust it with exactly the thing it is being cagey about.
